The Lexicon Bracknell was a landmark regeneration project for Bracknell. A regeneration partnership, comprising Legal & General Capital and Schroder UK Real Estate Fund, joined forces with Bracknell Forest Council. Together, they invested over £240 million to metamorphose Bracknell town centre into “The Lexicon Bracknell,” an expansive one million square foot retail and recreational hub.
Touted as one of the UK’s most significant town centre rejuvenations, The Lexicon introduces 70 retail outlets and eateries and has revitalised the existing High Street structures. A pivotal highlight is the renovation and expansion of the town’s iconic building, The Bull.
Enhancing its accessibility, the Bracknell Forest Council is facilitating a spacious 1,300-slot multi-story car park. Coupled with enhancements to the surrounding highways, The Lexicon Bracknell is one of Berkshire’s prime and bustling shopping and leisure spots.
