Thames Valley Police have arrested a man in relation to an ongoing kidnapping investigation in Bracknell.
A 20-year-old man from London was arrested on suspicion of kidnapping on Monday. He has since been released on police bail.
The arrest relates to an incident in Martins Lane at around 7.30pm on Saturday 27th January.
Investigating officer Detective Constable Jonathan Greenlaw said: “We are continuing to investigate this concerning but targeted incident and have made an arrest. If you saw or know anything related to this incident, or you have any relevant footage, and you haven’t already contacted police, I would urge you to please do so as soon as possible.
“I would also encourage people to please continue to let police know of any concerns of criminal activity in the area. We need reports from the public to help build our intelligence so we can respond proportionately.”
