Last year the site was acquired by development company Wrenbridge and investors Fiera Real Estate who have now revealed what they plan to do with the area. They are looking to demolish the brutalist building and replace it with five purpose-built industrial buildings.
The building was originally built in 1981 as the headquarters for Berkshire County Council. Foster Wheeler took over in 2000 before Wood PLC moved in in 2017.
