Born on January 21, 2007, Luke Littler is an accomplished English darts professional active in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) competitions. Currently holding the title of PDC World Youth Champion, Littler stands out as the youngest player to have secured victories in both the WDF World Darts Championship and the PDC World Darts Championship. Notably, he achieved the distinction of being the youngest finalist in the PDC World Darts Championship at the age of 16 years and 346 days.
Hailing from Runcorn and growing up in Warrington, Littler’s journey into darts commenced at the tender age of 18 months when his father purchased a magnetic dart board from a pound shop. Displaying remarkable talent, he recorded his first 180 at the age of 6 and accomplished a nine-dart finish by the age of 13. Joining the St Helens Darts Academy at 10, Littler actively participated in under-21 leagues.
In the early stages of his career, Littler claimed victory in the England Youth Grand Prix and the Isle of Man Masters youth competition in 2019. He successfully defended his title at the Isle of Man Masters in 2020 and secured two titles during the 2020 JDC tour. Aligned with the “Elite1” program organized by Target, Littler clinched the youth title at the England Open in September 2021 and secured the runner-up position in the British Pentathlon.
In a significant milestone in November 2021, Littler emerged victorious in the Irish Open, defeating Barry Copeland 6–2 in legs, earning him a spot in the 2022 WDF World Darts Championship at the age of 14.
