Bracknell Forest’s residents’ publication is changing and they need your help picking its new name.
The council sends out a printed newspaper annually to keep residents up-to-date, previously called Town & Country. A regular e-newsletter is also sent to subscribers called Town & Country Extra.
As part of its communications and marketing strategy for 2024 to 2028, the council is revamping this publication in both content and style – including picking a new name, which they need your help with.
The three names residents can choose from are:
- Bracknell Forest Focus
- Bracknell Forest Together
- Your Bracknell Forest
Residents can select their preferred name through the online poll until Monday, 24 February.
Cllr Paul Bidwell, cabinet member for economy and regeneration, said:
“Communicating regularly and honestly with our residents is really important and we have many ways in which we do that, including through our residents’ publications.
“While we receive good feedback about our publications, it is time to refresh them as they’ve not been updated for many years. One of the ways we’re changing them is through the title – residents can pick their favourite from a list of three. We’ll also be refreshing the design and content to make it more modern and engaging.”
You can also submit feedback about any of Bracknell Forest Council’s newsletters or communications to comms@bracknell-forest.gov.uk.
