Bracknell’s public health team created the Walks for Wellbeing programme to support your physical and mental wellbeing. The weekly guided walks are led by Mark Lyford from Sustrans.
They are inviting regulars and newcomers to join in with the 400th walk on Tuesday, 21st
January at 2.30pm in Binfield. Take the chance to meet new people, get some fresh air and enjoy some light exercise.
The Binfield walk is about three miles long and takes in Pope’s Meadow and the ancient woodland at Farley Copse. Most of the walk is on either pavement or gravel/woodland tracks.
This walk is suitable for wheelchairs, strollers or buggies, but as it is winter paths may be muddy. No dogs please.
Meet at 2.30pm at The Foxes’ Den Café on Benetfield Road, RG42 4EW.
